The Panasonic LUMIX BGH1 has no video recording limit for all formats. However, that limit is dependent upon multiple factors like camera settings, media storage size, camera power, and internal camera temperature. See details and notes below for more information.
Notes
- Using SD/SDHC cards: If the file size exceeds 4GB recording will continue and a new file will be created automatically.
- Since the camera employs the VBR recording format, the bit rate is changed automatically depending on the subject to record. As a result, video recording time is shortened when a fast-moving subject is recorded.
- Video cannot be recorded when a SD memory card or SDHC memory card is used in one card slot along with a SDXC memory card in the other card slot.
- An increase of the camera’s internal temperature may cause recording to stop before the maximum recording time is reached.
