Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K Video Recording Limits
The Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K has no video recording limit for all formats. However, that limit is dependent upon multiple factors like camera settings, media storage size, camera power, and internal camera temperature. See details and notes below for more information.
Notes
- Recording will stop when all available storage destinations are full or the camera loses power.
- For best results, use only the storage media recommended by Blackmagic Design.
- Tables showing the approximate record duration in minutes seconds based on format, project frame rate, and media size can be found on pages 23-27 of the Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera Installation and Operation Manual.
- An increase of the camera’s internal temperature may cause recording to stop before the maximum recording time is reached.
